You have a specific training goal such as weight reduction, muscle development, or greater mobility. No problem: I will work with you to develop your individual training plan, which we will then tailor to your goals and tackle together.
ENJOY REACHING GOALS TOGETHER
Sometimes it’s easier to train in a group, where you and your colleagues can motivate each other to stay fit and healthy together. I tailor your training to your group of four to fifteen people so that everyone enjoys the process and sees results.
EAT RIGHT – TRAIN MORE EFFECTIVELY
A proper diet is the basis of your well-being, which is why there are so many nutrition methods and philosophies. I do not follow a trend, but advise you with an approach that ensures your diet is healthy, goal-oriented, tasty and – last but not least – enjoyable.
THE BEST OF ALL DISCIPLINES
As a versatile and qualified trainer, I know the advantages and disadvantages of all the training methods that are out there in the fitness industry. To get the best out of all disciplines for you, I have developed the SIA-5 Elements fitness program – with a dose of Afghan-oriental music to boot.

For me, fitness and health means life, fun, discipline, energy, increased mobility, greater performance and, of course, bringing the body into top form. Besides German, I speak Farsi/Dari, English, Russian and Hindi.
Through my work with international clients, I have noticed that people who travel a lot (e.g. by plane) lack a certain level of exercise in particular. This is why I have specialized in taking a targeted approach to training for these areas.
I developed the Travelletics app to help you to stay fit through full-body workouts and thus prevent circulatory disorders and thromboses.
Do you travel a lot by plane or train? Then you should definitely download the app to your smartphone.
