My name is Schugufa Issar Amerchel (SIA for short), and I was born in Kabul, Afghanistan. As a personal and group fitness trainer educated in Germany I see it as my job to help you achieve your personal goals and accompany you on your path to fitness.
Strength training, endurance, stretching and the right nutrition, which is carefully put together according to old traditional family recipes, enable one to have a healthy body – and therefore a healthy mind.
Motivation is my number one priority!
For me, fitness and health means life, fun, discipline, energy, increased mobility, greater performance and, of course, bringing the body into top form. Besides German, I speak Farsi/Dari, English, Russian and Hindi.
I have extensive training in many fitness areas (e.g. Pilates, TRX, TRX-Yoga, spinal gymnastics and much more). This means that I can always choose from a broad spectrum to find the right methodology for you.
